Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream

Adorn any pie or sugary confection under the sun with this rich maple bourbon whipped cream, although we’re partial to adding it on pecan pie.

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon bourbon

Instructions

  1. In a cold bowl combine heavy cream and maple syrup and whisk really well

  2. Once it starts to thicken add in bourbon and continue whisking until stiff peaks form

  3. Store in fridge until ready to use.
