Garlic Edamame Dip

A bright, zesty green and a rich, garlicky taste dance for your eyes and tongue in this garlic edamame dip. Make for yourself on a Friday night in with a big bag of pita chips and a good movie.

Servings: 1 to 3 people

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup cooked edamame beans

½ ripe hass avocado 

1 cup cilantro (with stems)

½ cup of tahini

3 cloves of garlic or 1 tbs of garlic powder

juice of half of a lemon

2 cubes of ice

salt to taste

garnishes: sumac and chili oil



Instructions

  1. Blend together all of the ingredients (except garnishes) until smooth.

  2. Garnish with sumac and chili oil in a bowl.
