Egg White Bites
Delicious and nutritious, make these egg white bites to meal-prep or to feed a happy family for breakfast. Serve with your favorite hot sauce, hash browns and loads of ketchup.

Ingredients
cooking spray
1 (16 ounce) carton liquid egg whites
3 tablespoons of milk (your choice)
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup packed fresh spinach, finely chopped
¼ cup sundried tomaotes
⅓ cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Whisk egg whites with milk and black pepper in a bowl until foamy.
Mix in cottage cheese, feta and mozzarella cheese gently.
Add in diced bell pepper, spinach and sundried tomatoes.
Pour into oiled muffin tin and bake until egg whites have set, about 18 minutes.
