Chili Garlic Butter Noodles

If you take one thing away from this post, let it be this: ask for Thai chili powder on the side for your next Thai takeout order, and reserve it for home cooking. It is a fragrant, perfectly hot seasoning for stir-fry, avocado toast, and these chili garlic butter noodles.

¼ pack of linguine noodles

1.5 tablespoons butter

3 cloves of minced garlic

2.5 teaspoon roasted Thai chili powder

3 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 tablespoons reserved pasta water
